A major portion of this course consists of 
basic issues and aspects of worships (prayers, fasting, Hajj and Zakat). In addition to this, matters relating to Nikah (solemnization of marriage), issues of Nikah, last ten Surah of the 30th para of the holy Quran, six kalmas, Dua-e-Qanoot, and complete namaz are also part of this curriculum. The duration of the course is six months. The broad outline of the course is given as below:

- ‘Tayyumum’

- Azan (Call to prayer)
- Namaz (Salah or prayer)
- Leadership of Namaz (Jamat and Imamat)
- Qasr and Qaza-e-Namaz (short prayer delay of Namaz)
- Optional prayers
- Fasting and Itikaf
- Itikaf
- Eid and Sadq-e-Fitr
- Zakat
